These classes involve a variety of acrobatic moves which build up your strength and confidence ready to battle other crews. Understandably there is always a risk of injury when these types of moves are being taught.
Whilst every effort is made to educate the student on safety procedures and correct technique, we cannot accept responsibility for your injuries sustained during class.
Students are to purchase a pair of KNEEPADS for floor work (available from us £14).
Breaking T shirts are also available to order (£15).
