Breakdance
B/BOYS and B/GIRLS
B-boying or Breaking, commonly referred to as breakdancing, is a style of dance that evolved as part of hip-hop culture among the African American and Latino American youths in New York City. B-boying includes four primary moves: top rock, down rock, power moves and freezes/suicides.

These classes involve a variety of acrobatic moves which build up your strength and confidence ready
to battle other crews. Understandably there is always a risk of injury when these types of moves are being taught.
Whilst every effort is made to educate the student on safety procedures and correct technique, we cannot accept
responsibility for your injuries sustained during class.
Students are to purchase a pair of KNEEPADS for floor work (available from us £14).
Breaking T shirts are also available to order (£15).
