It is well documented that ballet training can improve many postural problems as well as increase muscle tone, core strength and flexibility. Gymnasts and dancers of all genres will benefit from achieving cleaner lines in leg and arm extensions, greater elevation in jumps, fluidity of movement and precision in turns and spins.
